Teagan is a boys name it is a Gaelic form of Timothy and is derived from Tadhg,and Teague. Meaning attractive,poet or bard,philosopher,king. Surname O'Tadhgain. I don't know why someone would think that this looked or sounded feminine. But then again I have heard of girls with more masculine names such as Devin,Evan,Taylor,Jordan,Dylan,Luca,and Reagan. Not pretty.
